Meet your Centre Manager.
Hi, I’m Charity, Centre Manager of Genius Bonython. I have been in the Early Learning Education Sector for over 6 years. In that time, I have worked in various role such as assistant educator, to becoming a lead educator and educational leader across the different age groups and into an assistant centre manager before taking on this rewarding role as a Centre Manager.
I have a passion for providing a safe, nurturing and supporting environment for children and strongly believe that each child is an individual and should be treated as such. I believe that building strong partnerships with families and the community helps us as educators set the children up for a lifelong learning journey.
While in my role as Centre Manager I strive to make the service welcoming, inviting, and a positive place for all educators, families, and children. I endeavour to support the educators to create a nurturing, happy and positive environment for children to play and learn and of course have fun.
