Meet your Centre Manager.
Hello, my name is Stacy. I am the Centre Manager at Genius Mandurah.
I started my journey in the early childhood education and care sector in 2009. Within the years I’ve worked my way up from being a trainee, various roles from Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Assistant Manager, Curriculum Leader to building my own capabilities up to being a Centre Manager.
I strongly believe all children are capable and competent learners and our educators and collaboration with our families support, guide and empower our children using experiences and the services learning indoor and outdoor environments to reach their full potential and build on their capabilities for future success.
Building relationships with the children, families and educators is paramount by having collaborative partnerships to ensure we provide our children with a warm, safe and comforting environment which assists our children to overcome challenges and succeed in their early years of life.
I strive to bring continuity to ensure that all children, families and educators feel a sense of belonging as soon as walk through the door.
