My Name is Ebonny and I am proud to introduce myself to you as the Centre Manager for Genuis Childcare in Conder. I commenced my journey in the Early Childhood sector over 15 years ago, having worked in a variety of leadership and mentor roles, including Area Manager, Centre Director, Preschool Teacher, Pedagogist, and Curriculum Leader. My experience spans both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations in early childhood, outside-school hours care, and preschool.
My ambition as an Early Childhood Professional is to foster a lifelong love for learning. I believe that my role as a leader within the Early Childhood Sector is to advocate for quality and understanding of the importance of Early Childhood Education. My Vision is to inspire others, to support the continuous improvement of services on our journey towards excellence. As such , I am committed to delivering child-focused early childhood education and have a vested interest in inclusive and rich learning environments that promote the development of respectful, reciprocal, and authentic relationships with children, families and educators.
