Meet your Centre Manager.
Hi! I am the Centre Director for Genius Lakelands. I have a Bachelor's of Early Childhood Education and have worked in the Sector for 15 years, experiencing various roles from Support Staff, Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher, and Centre Director.
I relocated to Western Australia in late 2022, and have enjoyed exploring the beaches and Peel/Rockingham region with my family.
I strive to ensure that I provide a welcoming, inclusive, collaborative, and supportive environment that fosters and supports all children and their families. I believe relationships between children, families, educators, and management play an important role in achieving this goal and successful learning outcomes for children. My teaching practice supports learning through play experiences and intentional teaching moments that stem from children's emerging interests and curiosities.
I am very passionate about early childhood education and being a leader within our industry and I look forward to working alongside children, families, and team at Genius Lakelands.
