Hi! My name is Tessa and I am the Centre Manager at our Genius Taylors Lakes centres. I started working in Early Childhood Education because I believe all children deserve the best start to life and to be a part of that is such a privilege. My goal when entering the Management team was to create the Early Childhood service that everyone dreams of. A service that is inclusive of all, that provides high quality education, where all children feel welcome and safe. A service where it is not only the child who joins our family but also their family.
